Anindita Steels Ltd.

ANINDITA STEELS LIMITED (ASL) is operating an Iron & Steel Plant with Sponge Iron Plant having Four (4) Nos. Coal Based Rotary Kilns each of 100 TPD Capacity, with an annual capacity of 132000 Metric Tons. Sponge Iron is presently sold to other steel producers for making finished steel products. In order to improve the viability of the plant by cost reduction and producing value added saleable product, it is now planned to undertake an expansion project to install the following facilities:-

  • Company has planned for installation & commissioning of captive power plant of 15 MW and 03 no. induction furnace for production of Billets.
  • Total project cost is around 184.30 Crore out of which Rs. 55.30 Crore (Margin) will be infused by the company themselves. Rest Rs. 129.00 Crore (Term loan) is sought to be financed by Bank of India. The company has already infused Rs. 25 Crore in the projects and Rs. 10 Crore will be infused by February.
